  • Establish client desired applicant tracking process
  • Develop candidate screening questionnaire 
  • Provide guidance on interview process

STEP 3

Recruitment Campaign

  • Deploy agile search strategies with a state-of-the-art database
  • Promptly identify a diverse network of well-matched and highly qualified candidates

STEP 4

Candidate Assessment

  • Submit slate of qualified prescreened Candidate Profiles
  • Candidate Profiles – consisting of CV, Motivations, Pertinent Qualifications, Professional Highlights and Summary

STEP 5

Candidate Evaluation and Interviews

  • Provide additional candidate information per request
  • Assist with determination of candidates for “next steps”
  • Determine interview “next steps” i.e., phone, video, or onsite

STEP 6

Finalist Selection and Offer Period

  • Communicate candidate’s and client’s expectations
  • Extend offer
  • Offer negotiation / closing
  • New hire onboarding assistance
